1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, cashback, or promotional credits awarded by 7p7772 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all Platform transactions are conducted.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method confirmation, or other documentation requested by 7p7772 during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts, household accounts in excess of one per household, or accounts opened under another person's identity are prohibited.

2.4 7p7772 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the User is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 7p7772 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit Verification Documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by the Company.

3.2 Acceptable Verification Documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill (dated within the last three months), or bank statement issued by a recognised Bangladeshi financial institution such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank.

3.3 Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC. 7p7772 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals where the User has not provided the requested documentation in a timely manner.

3.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit on the Platform is ৳200. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 7p7772 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within five to ten minutes; bank transfers may take up to two business days. 7p7772 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals up to the monthly threshold specified in your VIP tier schedule.

4.3 Matching Rule. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit unless that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative approved method may be used subject to additional verification.

4.4 Refused Withdrawals. 7p7772 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (c) applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal request is believed to be linked to fraudulent activity.

4.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT (৳). 7p7772 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by the User's payment provider is the sole responsibility of the User.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 7p7772 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Durga Puja campaigns) from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 15x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of that period.

5.3 Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the promotion. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through duplicate accounts or other means is a breach of these Terms.

5.4 7p7772 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, any changes will not apply retroactively to that credited amount.

5.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using Platform funds, or collusion between accounts, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and potential Account closure.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, or casino game as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.

6.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 7p7772 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether caused by technical error, human error, or data feed failure.

6.3 In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the conditions under which the market was offered, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's sport-specific rules published at the time the market was opened.

6.4 Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable. Markets will be settled using the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.

6.5 Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. 7p7772 reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits where patterns of play are identified that are inconsistent with recreational gambling.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7p7772 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or false payment disputes filed against 7p7772 with any payment provider.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity to circumvent Account restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your Account.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 7p7772 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and a voluntary self-exclusion feature, all accessible from the Account dashboard after login.

8.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, the User may not open a new Account during the exclusion period. 7p7772 will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion.

8.4 All services on the 7p7772 Platform are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. It is an offence to allow a minor to use your Account or to open an Account on behalf of a minor.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 7p7772 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7p7772 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 7p7772.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7p7772 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7p7772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, system downtime, or data feed errors.

10.3 7p7772's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure & Termination

11.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 7p7772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it determines that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or any responsible gaming policy.

11.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 7p7772 is not obligated to return bonus funds or winnings derived from the exploitation of prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits may be returned at the Company's discretion following investigation.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7p7772 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 7p7772's support team at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.3 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7p7772 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 7p7772 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13.2 Where changes are material, 7p7772 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via in-Platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and accurate.
